Terms of Service

The NCLEX-PN QBank ("the QBank," "we," "us") is a study tool operated by Passclex. By creating an account or purchasing access, you agree to these terms.

1. What the QBank is

The NCLEX-PN QBank is a practice-question and study-analytics tool to help you prepare for the NCLEX-PN exam. It also includes the full Library of cheatsheets and worksheets, including downloadable PDFs. It is an educational aid only. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NCSBN (which owns the NCLEX® and NCLEX-PN® trademarks) or any nursing board. Using a QBank does not guarantee any exam result.

2. Your account

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and not share your login. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be 18 or older, or have a parent/guardian's permission to use a QBank.

3. Access and payment

These terms apply to your QBank purchase:

• Price and term. The QBank costs $39 as a one-time payment and gives you access to the QBank for 30 days from the time of purchase. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal. Access simply ends on its own, and there is nothing to cancel. You can purchase another 30 days whenever you choose. The price shown at checkout is what you pay; prices may change for future purchases.
• Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe on its secure checkout. We never see or store your card details.
• Your account. QBank access, including the cheatsheet and worksheet downloads that come with it, is tied to your account and is personal and non-transferable. Please don't share your login or your access with others.
• Promotional access. Complimentary or promo-code access ends on its stated expiry date and may not be combined with other offers.

4. Acceptable use

Your access is for your own personal study. You may not share your account, or copy, record, redistribute, resell, scrape, or publish our questions, rationales, or other content. Automated access (bots/scrapers) is not allowed.

5. Our content

All questions, rationales, and materials in the QBank are owned by Passclex and provided to you under a personal, non-transferable license for the duration of your access.

Downloadable cheatsheets and worksheets. The PDFs, whether free or from a QBank, are for your own personal study. You may keep and print copies for yourself. You may not share them with others, resell them, or post them online (including on websites, social media, file-sharing sites, or group chats) without our written permission.

6. Disclaimer

The QBank is provided "as is" for study purposes. It is not medical, clinical, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for your nursing program, textbooks, or clinical judgment. We do not guarantee that a QBank is error-free or that it will improve your exam performance. Always follow your school's and your employer's guidance and current clinical standards.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Passclex is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the QBank. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for access.

8. Suspension and changes

We may suspend or end access for misuse or violation of these terms. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the change.

Privacy Policy

We keep this short and collect only what we need to run the QBank.

What we collect

• Your name and email address.
• Your password, stored only as a secure one-way hash (we never store it in plain text).
• Purchase records (plan, dates, amounts). Your card details are handled by Stripe, not by us.
• Your study activity: tests taken, answers, scores, flags, and time spent, used to show your performance.
• Your NCLEX-PN exam date, if you choose to give it, used only to show your countdown.
• Which cheatsheets and worksheets you download from the Library, and when. No IP address is stored with that log.
• Your Notebook: the study notes you type on the Notebook page. They are private to your account: we use them only to show them back to you, they are not shown in our admin tools, and they are masked from the Clarity recordings described below. Until a save finishes, we try to keep a copy in this browser so you can retry if it fails. Deleting your account deletes the notes saved to your account; an unsaved copy in a different browser may stay there until that browser's site data is cleared.
• AI Tutor: if you use the AI Tutor chat, the question you type and the last few messages of that chat are sent to Anthropic, our AI provider, to write the answer. Anthropic does not use them to train its models. We keep each question and answer for 180 days so we can check the answers for accuracy; they are shown only to the site owner, they are masked from the Clarity recordings described below, and deleting your account deletes them.
• Basic technical data (e.g., IP address and login attempts) used to keep your account secure.
• How the QBank's screens are used (pages opened, clicks, scrolling), recorded by Microsoft Clarity so we can find and fix what is confusing. Anything you type is masked before it leaves your browser, and a recording is tied to an internal account number, not to your name or email.

How we use it

To create and run your account, provide the QBank and your analytics, process your payment, send you service emails (verification, password reset, receipts), and protect against fraud and abuse. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe's handling of your payment information is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers we use to run the QBank (such as Stripe for payments, our email provider, Anthropic for the AI Tutor chat, and Microsoft Clarity for the usage recordings above), or where required by law.

Your choices

You can edit your name, change your password, or delete your account at any time from your account page. Deleting your account removes your personal data, study history, and notebook from the QBank. It also deletes your AI Tutor chats.

Refund Policy

The QBank is a one-time $39 purchase for 30 days of access. There is no subscription and nothing renews, so you will never be surprised by a recurring charge.

If the QBank isn't for you, email us within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund your $39 in full — no matter how much of it you've used and no matter how many cheatsheets or worksheets you've downloaded. After 7 days, purchases are non-refundable. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe.
